We've listed some frequently asked questions below, but understand that you may have some of your own. We're completely transparent, so please ask anything you like when we talk about your decorating project.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we have full public liability insurance with NIC
Q. Will you leave my property clean and tidy?
A. We treat every property with respect. This even extends to the way we act while there. Our staff do not swear, smoke or eat in your home. After decorating, we dust and vacuum before we leave at the end of the job.
Q. Do you provide a written quote for the decorating work?
A. A detailed quote is provided for each job. This can be emailed, or posted.
Q. Do you start the job then move to others?
A. No, once we start a decorating job we stay until it is completed.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, we take a 20% deposit to secure a start date. There is a 14 day cooling off period, just in case you change your mind.
Q. When is payment due?
A. Payment is due on completion of the work.
Q. Can you provide references?
A.Yes, we have many online reviews, and can also show letters of recommendation.
Q. Can I see pictures of your decorating work?
A. Of course, have a look at our gallery.
Q. Can I supply my own materials?
A.We always supply materials. We use trade quality products so that we can be sure that the finish and durability will meet our high standards. However, if you’d like to purchase the materials we recommend, that’s fine.
Q. Do you use low odour paints?
A. Yes, we are fully water based. This means no harsh smells, and a much slower discolouring rate.
Q. Can you spray?
A. Yes, we offer a range of paint spraying services.
